Last night’s sound bath was such a beautiful, cosy, nurturing experience. Listening to the wind whistling through the yurt and the rain pattering on the roof while the Reiki energy and sound frequencies bathed the body… it felt like a healing cocoon of pure bliss.
Sound baths are incredible for calming stress, regulating the nervous system, renewing energy, and bringing you back into balance. I feel the benefits myself every single time, and it’s such a joy to share that with you all.
Our last Reiki Sound Bath of the year will be Tuesday, 23rd December, with sessions at 1:30pm, 5pm, and 6:30pm.
