I’m so excited to launch my Alchemist Aura Sprays on Etsy! This started off as being a little project to make uplifting crystals and aromatherapy sprays for a few friends and clients but it’s grown and they’re flying out. There are 3 complimentary types to suit the mood: Cleanse, Energise and Love which can be used to spritz around yourself, freshen a room and improve an atmosphere. Each one is a special blend of crystals elixirs, aromatherapy oils and each bottle contains actual crystals. Cleanse is a fresh, clear and citrus combination. Love is an uplifting, soft blend with rose and jasmine. Energise is a strengthening, dynamic spray with neroli, fir and spikenard which boosts the crown chakra and intuition. Each bottle of Alchemist spray is handmade and I only keep a small stock but I can make them up for anyone who would like one. Or if there is a specific aura spray you need to suit your circumstances, or for meditation, yoga practice or space clearing just let me know. You can message me directly or check out my Etsy store. I’ve been busy in my little homemade apothecary for a little while now. I started making aura and room sprays mostly for myself and clients has grown and now we have a trilogy of beautiful aura sprays! It’s been amazing and the energy in my workspace has been off the charts. I loved every minute and a huge thank you to those who have encouraged me to create these fragrant crystal and aromatherapy elixir sprays. My Crystal Clear aura spray is finally ready!

I’m beyond excited! I have loved bringing to life my idea to create unique, divine, aura sprays. They are all made with an infusion of various crystal essences, natural refreshing, essential oils and a special process to create an uplifting, cleansing spray. The blend is a fusion of rosemary, lemon, melissa and juniper oils, crystal essences including selenite, Lemurian seed quartz, apophylite, celestite and clear quartz.

I started off creating this as a method of clearing negative energy, a meditation tool and aura spray, that can also be used as a room spray, to clear space. A few of you tried samples and asked for more, so I got to making a batch and amazingly, half of the stock has already gone, before it’s even gone on sale! Blown away, folks. I’m already making more.

I’ve a small amount left at the minute so if you’d like some let me know. The aura sprays are made with natural ingredients, in amber glass spray bottles and each bottle contains clear quartz crystals which are natural energetic amplifiers. They can also be custom made, just drop me a message.

It’s moxa season and clients are noticing that familiar smoky smell when they come in. What is moxa? It’s short for moxibustion, a traditional Chinese medicine technique where dried mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris) is burned on or close to acupuncture points to bring warmth, improve circulation and help the body rebalance when it feels sluggish and tired.
 
Moxa is often used for symptoms such as pain, fatigue, digestive issues, or menstrual cramp and tense muscles. Moxa is great for warming up areas that feel cold, tight and stiff. It boosts natural energy when you’re feeling drained, gets circulation moving again assists with recovery from illness or burnout. It’s like a warm hug for the body encouraging rest, repair and flow.

Moxa feels warm, relaxing and cosy. Some people say moxa feels like a gentle heat radiating into their muscles. It benefits those who tend to feel cold a lot or have tight, achy areas that feel better for heat.
