Come join a friendly, relaxed weekly class combining gentle, effective movement and good company.

Weโ€™ll begin with simple chair-based stretches, breathing exercises and effective movements designed to help:
*keep joints moving
*ease stiffness and aches
*support balance and coordination
*help digestion
*gently lift mood and ease everyday stress.

All movements are done seated at your own pace (with the option to stand if you wish). There is no need to get up and down from the floor, and no previous experience is needed.

After movement and relaxation practices, you are welcome to stay on for a cuppa and chat โ€” a chance to connect and enjoy time together in a welcoming space.

This class is suitable for:
*people over 60
*those hoping to gently build strength and mobility. but don't want to get up and down from the floor!
*those wanting to reconnect with their own sense of self and with others.
*anyone looking for gentle but effective movement and a sense of community.

Wear comfortable clothing. Tea and treats included.
When? Wed 2-3pm
Location? Donaghadee Parish Hall
Cost? 5 classes/ยฃ40 or ยฃ10 drop-in.
First trial class free.

A friendly, relaxed weekly class combining gentle, effective movement and good company.

This is a gentle time of year to clear the last remnants of what we wish to release. Shifting old patterns, habits and stories that you've outgrown and preparing space for new visions, new growth and a renewed sense of Self. It's not a time for effort, but for gently creating space.

This meet will be an opportunity to find clarity in stillness and guided reflection. To settle your nervous system and realign with your authentic nature. A place to gently shift what needs released through gentle movement and be nourished with wholesome connection and a nutritious brunch.

How?
Guided meditation, reflection and journalling practices.
Gentle all-ability movement practices - vagal toning exercises, yoga and dance. No experience necessary.
A heart-warming, good-for-the-soul sing-along.
A nutritious brunch and open-hearted connection with like-minded women.

Tickets are now available for our next event.
This one feels important.
These winter months can be hard - hard on our nervous systems, hard on our hearts, hard on souls that feel disconnected from their potential and purpose.
Winter calls us to slow down, reflect and do our inner work - so we are ready to unfurl and blossom in Spring with vitality.
This is a time of year to do the necessary work of challenging those self-imposed sticky, heavy limitations that stunt our growth and keep us from living into the best version of ourselves.
So come along to prepare your inner soil, be nourished in the truth of your greatness and prepare to unfurl in Spring.
