Cancellation & Block Booking Policy
Due to recent financial losses, I want to remind both current and future clients of my policies regarding cancellations, block bookings, and circuit classes. These measures are in place to ensure fairness and protect my business.
Session Booking & Payment
All sessions must be paid upfront to be reserved. Your session will not be booked into my diary until payment has been made.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
Some exceptions will be granted, but reasons like being stuck at work, in traffic, or unable to find childcare will still require payment.
I completely understand that unexpected things happen, but last-minute cancellations or no-shows still result in a financial loss for me. As harsh as it may sound, I have a business to run, bills to pay, and a family to support.
Block Booking Policy
When purchasing a block booking, you are committing to a set number of sessions per week. The more sessions you book, the lower the cost per session.
If you book for three sessions a week but only attend once, you will need to pay the price difference.
For example, three sessions a week may cost £22.50–£25 per session, but if you only come once, the normal rate of £35–£40 per session applies.
Holidays and illnesses will be taken into account, but otherwise, you must stick to your agreed sessions.
Circuit Class Policy
Spaces for circuit classes are limited due to gym size.
If you book a class and don’t show up, I lose the chance to fill that space with another client, resulting in a financial loss.
Therefore, if you book and fail to attend, you will still be required to pay for the class.
I hope everyone understands that running a business, managing bills, and providing for a family is challenging. These policies are in place to protect my income and keep my services running for all of you. Thank you for your support and understanding!
