This resource was created by our Education Mental Health Practitioners as part of the Dorset Mental Health Support Team in Schools, who are dedicated to supporting the wellbeing of children and young people.

Activities which promote mindfulness, nature connection, and creative relaxation to reduce stress. Some ideas are mindful egg painting, creating "egg-firmation" baskets, taking nature walks, and baking. For children, activities like creating calm cards or sensory-friendly egg hunts help build emotional awareness. 🐥🐰
