Every day, care workers across the UK hold our communities together - yet their stories are rarely heard.
They are the people who make sure your nan takes her medication. Who confort someone's dad when he's confused and afraid. Who bring independence, laughter, and dignity to lives that deserve nothing less.
But behind every act of care is a person-often overworked, underpaid, and still showing up with love.
This week, we're asking everyone to take a moment to say thank you to someone in care - a neighbour, a colleague, a friend.
