Finding the present moment on and off your mat, is so important for health and wellbeing.
Focus on the movement of your breath, sensations within your body, concentration on alignment rather than achieving a perceived version of a Pilates exercise, detached from the idea of a perfect yoga pose, letting go of society’s expectations of who you should be and witnessing your thoughts as they arrive but not allowing yourself to be carried away by them.
And… most importantly not judging the thoughts that take you out of the present moment… just bringing your attention back to your breath and observe your thoughts as though they were clouds.

Your breath grounds your energy, draws you inwards back to your centre… feel your feet on the earth and you are here, present, connected, whole.
