📣Join our team - Public Health Coordinator, Get Doncaster Moving (Health Systems)

We're looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for improving public health and wellbeing to join the Get Doncaster Moving team.

It's an exciting time to be involved in health, wellbeing and community support in Doncaster; with physical activity and sport recognised as a priority enabler for inclusive growth and tackling inequalities.

This role is instrumental to deepening our work across the health and care system, identifying opportunities to ensure that movement physical activity and sport is a fundamental tool used to support wellbeing.

PROSTATE CANCER and MEN’S HEALTH AWARENESS 🎶

We’ve noticed a bit of confusion, so let’s clear this up 💙
⭐️ This event is NOT for men only.
⭐️ It’s for ANYONE aged 45 and over — men, women, partners, friends, family… everyone is welcome to come, vibe, learn and support.

This is about awareness, survival, community and good music, not exclusion. Prostate cancer affects families and communities, not just individuals.

🗓 Happening on Saturday 24th January.
🎵 Expect classic reggae vibes, positive energy and important conversations — all in one place.

Come and join us at our next Parent Carer Coffee & Chat session - Anne Donkin who is the Service Manager- Paediatrics Women’s and Children’s Division will be attending to speak to parents/carers about the Community Paediatrics Clinics (previously GDA) and 0-5 Autism Pathway.

Please come along if you would like to find out more about the pathway for a diagnosis for your child (0-5 years) or ask Anne any questions.

Date: 20th January 2026, 10.00am at the Doncaster Carers Centre, 2 Regent Terrace, Doncaster, DN1 2EE​.
