5 Years Without James 🖤

Today marks five years since we lost James Miller — an incredibly talented musician, a beloved friend, and the spark that led to the founding of Hail Yourself, our mental health charity created in his memory.

James was more than his struggles. His music, laughter, and kindness touched so many lives. And while his passing left a space that can never truly be filled, his story continues to inspire real change, real conversations, and real support for those who need it most.

We set up Hail Yourself to honour James — to help ensure that no one else feels alone in their darkest moments. Over these past five years, we've seen lives changed, voices heard, and hope restored.

Please all consider sponsoring two of our Hail Yourself trustees, Kennedy Louise Stenton-Holland and Megan Axup as take the ultimate plunge to raise funds. They are doing their skydive in June this year. All the proceeds will go towards paying for much needed therapeutic services for people who are struggling with mental health related problems whilst waiting on the long NHS waiting lists. We are also starting up some peer mentoring talking shops for various groups, including a group for people living with Multiple Sclerosis. Exciting things for the future that is not possible without the fundraising. So thank you Meg and Kennedy for your support! I've often wanted to throw Meg out of a plane but I am told that she will be wearing a parachute haha
