We have two lovely things to share as we step into January…

🧘‍♀️ Meditation Together – NEW evening time

From Thursday 22nd January, Meditation Together will now run every fortnight at 7pm.
A calm, supportive space to breathe, reset, and reconnect, perfect if you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or simply craving some quiet time for you.

Our popular Saturday sessions will continue as normal at 2pm.

UPDATE 23/12/25

🎉 WE ARE FULLY BOOKED 🎉

Introducing our next workshops, starting on 5th January at the wonderful Tickhill Parish Rooms

Chakra Harmony sessions are for 2 hours, and we'll be exploring each energy centre (chakra) per week.

Looking at alternative, holistic ways to connect to your physical and emotional body to help relieve stress, pain, tension etc and improve mood, sleep and overall wellbeing.

These sessions have been funded by Well Doncaster, and as such we will also be looking at signs/symptoms of Oesophageal Cancer too, to raise much needed awareness in the area.

Health statistics show that in Tickhill, this cancer is often diagnosed at a later stage, and so we'd like to try and help reduce that risk, and guide you to connect to yourself to notice these signs.

This time, i'm joined by the lovely Rachel Hickson and between us we'll be looking at gentle yoga moves, meditation, chanting, breathwork, sound healing, journaling, nutrition and more.

BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL, as spaces are limited (we need to fit you in to the venue comfortably) so if you'd like to join us for 1, 2, 3 or all sessions, there's no rules, just send me a reply to this email with the dates/chakra you'd like to learn about, and i'll confirm your place asap.

PASS IT ON!!

can you believe it's been 2 weeks already since these wonderful gentlemen gave up their time to take part in our 1st Pass It On Walking Football Tournament to raise awareness for Prostate Cancer Prevention?

It was a very wet Saturday, and everyone was great sports to see it through to the end.

We had 4 teams taking part
⚽️doncaster dynamos 50's
⚽️doncaster dynsmos 60's
⚽️Wheatley Wombles Community Group
⚽️

And it was that won the day, congratulations again 😃👏

We hope to repeat the event next year and invite them back to compete for the trophy once more, will they be victorious or will another team steal their title away?? Haha

All men requesting information on local PSA tests (via Health Bus) have had details shared with Well Doncaster.

A HUGE THANK YOU...

To everyone who attended our 1st ever PASS IT ON - Walking Football Tournament to raise awareness for Prostate Cancer today.

It was a rainy day, but you all were great sports with big smiles throughout.

Thank you to our Natalie for opening up the day with a conversation about Prostate cancer prevention, where to find vital information and how to get PSA tested, and handing out information bags.

The conversations had from all were inspiring and uplifting.
