Introducing our next workshops, starting on 5th January at the wonderful Tickhill Parish Rooms
Chakra Harmony sessions are for 2 hours, and we'll be exploring each energy centre (chakra) per week.
Looking at alternative, holistic ways to connect to your physical and emotional body to help relieve stress, pain, tension etc and improve mood, sleep and overall wellbeing.
These sessions have been funded by Well Doncaster, and as such we will also be looking at signs/symptoms of Oesophageal Cancer too, to raise much needed awareness in the area.
Health statistics show that in Tickhill, this cancer is often diagnosed at a later stage, and so we'd like to try and help reduce that risk, and guide you to connect to yourself to notice these signs.
This time, i'm joined by the lovely Rachel Hickson and between us we'll be looking at gentle yoga moves, meditation, chanting, breathwork, sound healing, journaling, nutrition and more.
BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL, as spaces are limited (we need to fit you in to the venue comfortably) so if you'd like to join us for 1, 2, 3 or all sessions, there's no rules, just send me a reply to this email with the dates/chakra you'd like to learn about, and i'll confirm your place asap.
