📍 We're hiring in Hull - Registered Manager

Autism Plus is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead our Supported Living Services in East Hull.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Yorkshire charity and play a key role in supporting adults and young people with autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions and complex needs to live independent, fulfilling lives.

💙 Role: Registered Manager
💙 Location: Hull (East Hull)
💙 Hours: 37.5 hours per week
💙 Salary: £37,089 per year
💙 Driving License: Desired (not essential)

As a Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of supported living homes, ensuring high quality person centred care and full compliance with CQC standards. You'll lead and support staff teams, work closely with families and local authorities, and help shape and develop services that truly make a difference.

💙 About the role:
You'll provide strong leadership to a team of Social Care Support Workers, ensuring high quality, safe and person-centred support. This role involves managing staff, promoting Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), and maintaining excellent standards of care and practice.

Ideal for someone with:
💙 Experience supporting people with complex needs (ASD, mental health, challenging behaviour)
💙 people management experience
💙 A compassionate, empathetic leadership style
💙 A driving licence and access to a vehicle

🌟 Service Coordinator
📍Hull
⏰ 37.5 hours per week (16 hours admin, remainder hands-on in service)
💷 £27,280.50

💙 About the role
You'll support and supervise Social Care Support Workers while also working directly within the service. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on person-centred planning, staff development, rota management, and ensuring the people we support live fulfilling, independent lives.

Ideal for someone with:
💙 Experience in care or support role
💙 Staff supervision or coordination experience
💙 Confidence supporting people with mental health needs and challenging behaviour
💙 NVQ Level 2 in Social Care (minimum)
