I saw a post earlier today about 'the end of the yoga bubble' -and it got me thinking. It's been brewing for a while and there has absolutely been a shift. Yoga is quietening down. But this isn't a bad thing because as the trends move on, yoga remains for those who embrace the practice, the lineage and the way of life.

It's not for everybody and not for every phase of life. Yoga has massively changed for me over the years, but I know it will always be a deeply personal, constant, multi-layered practice.
