🙏 my students were amazing this week in Pigeon 🙏

Getting the Pigeon Pose right starts with proper alignment: keep your hips squared, chest open, and knee in line with the body. Avoid slumping or forcing your back leg into an uncomfortable position. Honor your body and move with intention to deepen the stretch safely and effectively. 🌸🦋
