Shalom is now closed until the 18th of November and then the diary is full until the 28th of November!

I’m sorry for any inconvenience caused but I have family who need me. One of the blessings of being self employed is that I can shift my schedule around to be a help to them. 🫶🏻

I will be able to access messages on here, by text and email if you need to book in or rearrange an appointment. Thank you to the many clients who willingly rearranged their appointments from this coming week for me. I am truly grateful for my wonderful clients!

Today is Stress Awareness Day!

Stress wreaks havoc in our bodies. 😣🤯😵‍💫 Complementary therapies such as massage or reflexology (combined with aromatherapy of course!) are excellent treatments to help reduce stress and its impact on the body.

For best results also look into regular treatments. The Shalom Membership is a great option for this. 🤗👣💆🏻‍♀️🕊️

LOVELY CLIENT FEEDBACK!! 🫶🏻

I woke this morning to a delightful email from a lovely new client who came last night for an initial reflexology session with aromatherapy.

(I edited out any identifying or personal references for privacy - but these are her words.)

I love helping women who need to take care of themselves in order to be their best! As women we often have soooo many people relying on us. From clients to children to spouses to parents to friends and colleagues - we don’t have anything give to them if we don’t look after ourselves.

You can’t pour from any empty vessel! I love meeting new people and making a difference for them. 🤗👣💆🏻‍♀️🕊️

What a fantastic time at the Doncaster Momentum conference on Saturday!!

Meeting so many wonderful business leaders in Doncaster, hearing such amazing speaker who brought such inspirational insights.

I thoroughly enjoyed speaking about wellbeing in business and have had very favourable feedback from those in attendance.

I love the opportunity to share my passions with people! Helping people, including business leaders, to live their best lives and to feel well enough in their bodies to run their businesses well.

WELLBEING WEDNESDAY!!

We live in a land where our health care system is largely reactive rather than proactive. It focuses on ‘sick care’ rather that ‘health care’.

Taking a few hours out regularly to look after your body, reduce your stress, ease aching muscles before they are screaming - all of this helps prevent days and weeks of time off having to try and repair it once it all goes wrong!

Complementary therapies can help to preserve your health. Having regular treatments can support your wellbeing whether you prefer massage or reflexology. Of course the addition of aromatherapy during the treatment and to continue using at home in between appointments continues that support!

Unboxing day!!

A long overdue stock up of oils. Some that I was out of and others simply needed refreshing.

Inula is stocked up for sale, to aid clients with sinus congestions. The rest are for using in my treatment blends.
