An interesting program about how testing and technology can be used to monitor and enhance health. Biological age is an interesting concept, we all age differently and undoubtedly lifestyle factors can help us age better.
I did the glycan age test (about 7 mins in) and a think this is a good measure to give either leverage to change or confirmation of habits.
The dark side was the guy who was obsessed by tracking everything, I can’t help but feel that there no point living to an old age if you spent a quarter of your working day measuring vitals rather than living your life.
