Is it always a “yes” from me when someone books in for dermal filler?
Absolutely not.

This lovely patient had been having her lips treated elsewhere for a few years and came to me requesting more filler.
After a thorough consultation and honest discussion about her goals, we decided the best approach was to dissolve her existing filler using hyaluronidase before considering any further treatment.

“Filler blindness” is a very real thing — both for patients and injectors.
If your injector’s first response is “yes, let’s add more” without assessing what’s already there… it might be time to question whether they’re the right injector for you.

My beautiful patient came to me for lip filler following a surgical revision of her cleft lip. Our aim was to improve symmetry and volume, and we are absolutely thrilled with the natural result.

I hear it time and time again, “I don’t want filler, I don’t want to look unnatural or puffy”

This is where assessment of facial anatomy, the right product choice and a skilled educated injector comes in.

This patient had lost mid face volume over time, so we replaced that with 3mls of dermal filler, in turn it has improved her eye area, jawline and given her a more youthful appearance to her face.
