Meet the therapists.
Here we have paul. Hes our 6ft gentle giant. Paul is our primary massage therapist.

This includes gentle relaxing Swedish massage. This is a mixture of massage techniques that help relax and support the bodys recovery process.

Sports massage, is a more intense form of massage therapy mainly used for sports injuries and recovery, targeting specific muscle groups which can speed up recovery, prevent injuries or enhance performance.

Hypnotherapy, its all in the power of your mind and with gentle suggestions through hypnosis you can become a better you. This is done by relaxing and focusing the state of mind to change thoughts, feelings or behaviours for prsonal growth and healing

Cupping- Cupping therapy uses suction to create a vacuum on the skin, increasing blood flow, promoting tissue repair, and relieving muscle tension and pain. It's used for conditions like back pain, headaches, and fatigue by potentially releasing muscle knots and stimulating the lymphatic system.

Hello! So by now you will have seen plenty of our posts about the therapies we currently offer and little snippets about each one and how it works.

Lets meet and get to know the therapists behind Reiki Moon.
Here goes!

This is Linz, she is our spooky girl and holistic therapist whos mainly in control of the spiritual side of the business.

Shes our Reiki master/teacher and Angel Reiki practitioner. This involves channeling divine energy through her and into you! Reiki energy is a beautiful pure energy that enters the chakras and flows where it is needed in order to balance the mind, body and soul.

Linz is also our Reflexologist (foot fiddler) she taps into the reflex points in the hands or feet to awaken our parasympathetic nervous system to heal some aspects of our body. Basically it kickstarts the nervous system thats working in the background to help us heal ourselves.

Shes also our Indian head massage therapist. Shes good at running her fingers through your hair and getting those marma points working to balance and relax your mind through head and upper body massage.

Other things that are in the pipe line coming from our Linz will be holistic living, shiatsu Massage, trauma release, akashic record readings, Tarot reading and many more. These will be updated and added to the list as we go so we will keep you posted!

🌿 Soulful Saturday

✨ Saturday is a chance to nourish your soul. Anxiety loses its grip when we give ourselves permission to pause and play. Reflexology can turn a few quiet minutes into deep restoration.

Focus today on the kidney reflex points (mid-arch of the foot, toward the inside). The kidneys represent filtering – just as they filter the body, they can symbolically “filter” worry and release what no longer serves us.

💭 One client told me, “It felt like someone pressed a reset button inside me.” Reflexology is often subtle – but the shifts can be profound.

🧘‍♀️ After pressing the kidney points, write down one anxious thought. Fold the paper, breathe deeply, and place it aside. You don’t have to carry it today.

🌻 Hope & Healing

There was a time I didn’t think I’d make it to tomorrow. But here I am, 13 years later, alive, gamble free, and healing.

🌿 Unwind & Let Go

✨ The week’s weight can linger in the body. Anxiety doesn’t clock out at 5 PM – it stays in our muscles, our breath, our hearts. Reflexology offers release.

Tonight, massage the heel reflex points (connected to the pelvic area, grounding, and stability). This helps anchor the body, reminding us we’re safe and supported.

💭 A client once described heel work as “feeling rooted again, like standing barefoot in the earth after being adrift.”

🧘‍♀️ After heel massage, do a gentle seated forward fold – reach for your toes, let your head drop, and allow gravity to carry away your stress.

💡 Anxiety & Connection

One of the cruelest lies anxiety tells us is that we’re alone. That no one else feels this way.
But look around: how many of us are silently fighting battles no one sees?
When I finally opened up about my anxiety, I realized how many people said, ‘Me too.’ That connection changed everything.

🌿 Heart Healing

✨ Anxiety often grips the chest – tightness, racing heart, shallow breaths. Reflexology reminds us the heart and lungs reflex points (just below the ball of the foot, slightly toward the inside) can bring ease and spaciousness.

💭 One man told me, “For the first time in months, I felt like I had room to breathe again.” That’s the quiet gift of reflexology – it opens what anxiety closes.

🧘‍♀️ Try this: place both hands over your chest, breathe in slowly, and whisper silently: “I am safe.” Repeat 5 times.
