⭐ Key Responsibilities
• Assist with food preparation and meal service
• Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
• Support stock rotation and kitchen organisation
• Help with washing up, cleaning, and general kitchen duties
• Work alongside the chef and wider catering team

👤 Ideal Candidate
• Experience in a kitchen or catering environment (care home experience beneficial but not essential)
• A genuine passion for helping others
• Organised, reliable, and able to work in a busy kitchen

Are you an experienced care professional ready to step into a leadership role?

Flower Park Care Home is seeking a compassionate and confident Team Leader to support our residents and guide our dedicated care team.

Your leadership will help us deliver outstanding care every day.

⭐ Key Responsibilities
• Lead, motivate, and support the care team. Deputise for the Management team
• Ensure person-centred care plans are followed and delivered to a high standard
• Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing for all residents
• Assist with medication administration (where applicable)
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other professionals
• Maintain accurate records, compliance, and care documentation
• Be aware of Safeguarding procedures & protocols and ensure these are always adhered to
• Assist the Home Manager with preparations for external inspections and participate in the inspections.

👤 Ideal Candidate
• Experienced Care Assistant / Senior Carer
• Previous leadership or senior care role preferred
• Reliable, organised, and confident in decision making
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, supportive, and resident-focused
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
