Bye for now 👋🏼🤍

Last night I taught my last classes at this magical studio. I’m FINALLY moving back into my house in good old Barnsley next week, & it’s just too far to travel unfortunately.🥺

One of the many reasons I love my job is how fluid it can be. One door closes, another opens.✨

I’ve absolutely loved teaching here, thank you so much & for having me 🫶🏼 thank you to all my gorgeous students, I appreciate you more than you realise.🥰

I am back, for a lil one off - on 18th December for a cosy evening of candlelit yin, followed by a sound bath.🕯️ Spaces available - book with my link in bio.

Grateful to be tired from the life that I once wished for.✨

As we head towards the end of the year, I’m starting to look back on everything I’ve accomplished & I’m pretty damn proud of myself for starting from the ground up (again 🥲)

Classes are busy, events are busy, life is busy & I am so so grateful for all these amazing opportunities.🙏🏼

This is your Sunday reminder that… yoga doesn’t need to be complicated.🧘🏼‍♀️

It’s not about the perfect pose or the longest practice, it’s about showing up for yourself, exactly as you are, & letting your breath guide you back home.🙏🏼

Teaching full time leaves little room for my own practice but I’ve been making a conscious effort to roll out my mat & show up for myself.

My own practice looks a lot like this 👉🏼 slow, deep movements, inviting stillness & introspection.
