Merz Aesthetics acquired Ultherapy in 2014 and set up a transitional agreement at the beginning of 2015 with CoachHouse Medical to ensure customer support was uninterrupted. CoachHouse Medical were the previous UK distributors for Ultherapy and had achieved notable success in establishing Ultherapy as a premium treatment offering for many of the UK’s leading aesthetic clinics.

This transition agreement will come to an end on 30th September 2015 and from October onwards all enquiries should be directed through either Merz Customer Services (0333 200 41 40 or customerservices@merz.com) or through your local Merz Aesthetics Regional Account Manager.

Merz Aesthetics and CoachHouse Medical are committed to ensuring that you continue to experience the highest level of customer service through this transition period.
