I received this in the post this week. A lovely certificate from the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) to acknowledge 20 years of continuous membership.

As most of you know- I love my job and I love my Reflexology probably the most of all! I still get a little excited buzz when I book a new client in and I am always grateful to clients who have been coming to me for their reflexology appointments for at least a decade or more!!! ❤️

From today, there will be a small price adjustment across my treatments – an increase of just £2 per session.

So back in May I qualified as a reflexology for menopause specialist. I’ve been fine tuning my techniques and had some great results with clients so far- mainly with managing hot flushes and sleep issues. If you are looking for something to help with your peri- menopause or if you’re in the full blown throes of menopause and you’re struggling, why not give me a shout?
