With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Graham Robinson of Edlington, who sadly left us on the 10th April 2026, aged 68 years, surrounded by his loving family.

Graham was the devoted husband of Carole, the truly adored father of Emma, Sarah and Kelly, father in law to Ross, Aaron and Cameron and the adored Grandad of Evie, Maddie, Iyla, Albie, Laiya, Frankie, Arlo and Nancy.

The funeral service will take place at Rose Hill Crematorium on Friday 8th May 2026 at 1pm.

All of Graham’s friends are welcome to attend and pay their respects.

We are most saddened to announce the passing of Dene Simons of Sprotbrough, who passed away suddenly on 25th March 2026, aged 68 years, surrounded by his loving family.

Dene was the devoted husband of Jean, the beloved father of James and Hayley and the much adored Grandad of Darcy, Beau, Jaxon and Thalia.

The funeral service will take place at Rose Hill Crematorium on Friday 17th April at 10:00am.

All of Dene’s friends are welcome to attend and pay their respects.

Most of you will have seen our recent picture with the Red Arrows.. as some of you correctly said, yes, it was an AI-generated image 😂

Sorry to disappoint some of you, even though they did fly over, we weren’t quick enough to capture a photo! But this got us thinking, it does highlight the important issue of that not everything you see on social media is always as it seems!

And the same applies when choosing a Direct Cremation provider..

Today we remember and honour all the beautiful mothers who are no longer with us but forever live on in our hearts. A mother’s love is one of the most powerful and selfless gifts in this world, a love that guides us, comforts us and shapes who we become. Even though you may no longer walk beside us, your presence is still felt in so many ways.

We see you in the little things, in the lessons you taught us, in the strength you gave us and in the memories that will stay with us for the rest of our lives. Your laughter, your warmth, your advice and the love you shared will never fade. The bond between a mother and her children is something that even time and distance cannot break.

There are moments when we wish we could hear your voice again, share a hug or simply sit and talk like we used to. But we take comfort in knowing that love like yours never truly leaves us. It lives on in our hearts, in our families and in every story we tell about you.

To all the mothers watching over us from heaven, thank you for everything you gave us- your love, your patience, your kindness and your unwavering support. You are deeply missed, forever cherished and never forgotten.

Heaven holds some of the most precious women we will ever know and though we cannot see you, we carry you with us every single day.
