We’re introducing pop-up meditation classes at FLOW Studio 🤍 With
From February onwards, you’ll see occasional special pop-up experiences appear on the schedule, deeper, slower, more intentional spaces to rest, reflect and reset.
These sessions will rotate between meditation, sound baths, and blended practices.

Pop-up sessions are included in your Circle membership, just like a regular class. No extra cost, just extra magic.

What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practiced lying down, designed to take you into a state of deep rest, where the body sleeps, the mind softens, and awareness gently remains.
It works on the nervous system, helping to release tension, calm mental chatter, and restore balance on a physical, emotional, and energetic level.
You don’t need to “do” anything, just get comfortable and allow yourself to be guided.
Many people leave feeling deeply rested, clear-headed, and subtly renewed.
Perfect if you’re feeling tired, overwhelmed, overstimulated, or simply craving a deeper sense of stillness ✨
