Very often clients will say they drink loads of water but feel no benefits, this usually leads to a very babbled conversation about electrolytes

And anyone who knows me knows I’m terrible at explaining things scientifically but I do try.....… so I’m giving you the analogy version instead 🤣

So.........
Water = fills the swimming pool
Electrolytes = turns the filtration & circulation system on

Without circulation…......the water just sits there.
Think green, stagnant pool water 🤢🤣

So you can 👉 Drink 2–3 litres
& still feel stiff
& still feel tight
& still feel achy

Because water has to move INTO the cells & fascia.
And that requires electrolytes!

When muscle stay tight for a long time, it can slightly limit local blood flow.
That area becomes cooler, tighter, more sensitive, slower to recover.
When you apply suction with cupping, you rapidly increase blood flow to that spot reducing that heavy, congested feeling ✨
