A few years ago a trusted spiritualist medium told me that one day I would see my son walk into the room.

I interpreted that this would be as I myself would be preparing to pass over, stepping from my physical body.

I was wrong.
Tonight my son walked in to the room, overshadowing a young man.
The young man told me that I had looked as if I had seen a ghost. 👻 Well, I had! 👻🤣

In the last week I did something I've not done for a few years.
An unplanned demonstration of trance mediumship. 😍
The venue had red lighting & the Spirit team gave me a nudge to ask the audience if they were ready for such an experience.

Fabulous to return to my roots and recognise the Joanne-within.

What an emotional week!
🥹
A bit of a rollercoaster.
Taking time to reflect, acknowledge how committed to work I am and where Joanne fits in to it all.

I think that I missed something while focused on protecting my vulnerabilty. It looks like next week will start with an apology. ❤️

It's year 12 of that day.
Every year I do something different on this day.
That day.

You Can Shed Tears that He is Gone

You can shed tears that he is gone,
Or you can smile because he lived.
You can close your eyes and pray that he will come back,
Or you can open your eyes and see all he’s left.

Your heart can be empty because you can’t see him,
Or you can be full of the love you shared.
You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday,
Or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday.

You can remember him and only that he’s gone,
Or you can cherish his memory and let it live on.
You can cry and close your mind, be empty and turn your back,
Or you can do what he’d want:
Smile, open your eyes, love and go on.

When did you last receive a 'just because' gift?

Madame Csaszar was gifted a print of a beautiful painting at the weekend.
😍
I can not decide whether to hang it for visitors to see or keep it for my eyes only
😍

There are moments when your kindness is abused & lessons must be learned.
🙄
The majority of people don't really care that you are going out of your way, bending over backwards to accommodate them.

Let's address Sunday's experience as an example.

The venue wants to make money. That's a given.
I'd suggested about 15 readings in the time given.

I was told 20 people.
36 places were reserved.
9 no shows.
In total, 27 adults + 1 young one.

People's expectations were that they'd all get a message.
All 27 paying adults.

The room was set up for maximum numbers, not a demonstration.

I was booked to work for 1 hour and 40 minutes as two 50-minute demonstrations with a break in between.
I actually worked a continuous 3 hours and 10 minutes.
An extra 1hr 50mins.

Now here's the rub.
They all knew I was extending myself.
I asked everyone to photograph their cards & add to the Facebook post on Madame Csaszar and the event post on the venue's page, as a return favour for the extended service they were receiving.

They all took a photo, then nothing ..... not a single contribution to either Facebook post. (See images)
As an act of gratitude, it would have been enough to help spin the wheels & give some traction to the numbers game here.

To the lady who slipped me a banknote 😃 THANKYOU ❤️

I wasn't expecting the venue to pay me more, and they didn't.

LESSON LEARNED
1. Work to the time booked
2. Take raffle tickets to draw lots of who gets a go.
3. Don't worry if people are disappointed they haven't had a turn.

Is Madame Csaszar really going to learn?🙄

Probably not. The very last reading was amazing! 😯🤩

To tell a professional lady
⭐️who she works with, in specifics
⭐️her ambition to write a research paper
⭐️ structure of the research paper
⭐️ & where the funding will come from
⭐️ the country where the research will have a positive impact first.
She nearly fell off her bar stool 🤣🤣🤣
