I’m curious…do you use a digital tracking device?
Apple Watch, Oura, Whoop?
I’m currently not using anything, and I’m not sure how I feel about relying on tech for tracking our bodies. At the same time I’m fascinated by the tech and stats!
I absolutely love all the positive results my clients share with me after sessions. Proof they’ve full rested 🧘♂️
Could it be interfering with our intuition?
Or is it helpful?
Would love to hear your thoughts…to track or not to track.
Can we balance both? ⚖️
