Perhaps catching up with family or friends.
Taking time for self -care , reading, maybe with your favourite hobby, a walk or simply resting .
Catching up on some household chores or decluttering.

Whatever you find yourself doing , aim to do it mindfully. Connect with your senses. One activity /one task at a time.

How are you really feeling?

Whether this first week has felt energising, emotional, quiet, or a little messy—there’s no right or wrong way to begin. The new year isn’t a race. It’s an unfolding.

Instead of asking “What should I be achieving by now?”, try asking:
🌿 What do I need more of this year?
🌿 What would help me feel a little more grounded today?

Small intentions matter. Gentle starts count. And every day is another invitation to choose kindness towards yourself.

Here’s to moving forward with curiosity, compassion, and a little Wild Orange warmth 🍊✨

Christmas isn’t always an easy time for everyone. For many, it can feel emotionally challenging and overwhelming. If this season feels heavy, know that you’re not alone. Be kind to yourself, slow down where you can, and allow space for rest, reflection, and self-care. Even small moments of nourishment can make a difference. 💛
