Happy 2nd Birthday 🎉 🎂 to an amazing couple who created the most magical venture allowing children to learn all the holistic life skills they need 🌳 🍂 🪓 🔨 🧘 ✨ ☀️ 🌧️ The fact they can keep that same excitement for the same children (and new) two years on says it all. My granddaughter is living proof of that! Thank you Hayley for allowing me to come along and experience a small portion of the fun both the little and big people have when they’re with you and I hope to join you again one day 🙏❤️🧘🎉

As the class started and stopped so abruptly I felt it only right to explain why 🥰 I have a brain disorder which I believe will go into remission given the right help and this time next year, if not before I shall be able to teach again. In the meantime I shall be studying and embarking on all the add on’s to the teachers training I have already done including family yoga, chair yoga, yoga for teens, children with SEN yoga and I also plan to do a course in BSL (both the baby signing and adult) so apologies in the meantime but I shall come back with even more knowledge and experience. Love and light in the meantime 🧘‍♀️🙏❤️

Today consists of planning for the 5-7yrs Yoga classes at The Dorchester yoga and Therapy Centre starting on Jan 7th- Feb 11th from 4-5pm every Tuesday. Children learn through play and yoga teaches children body awareness, how to connect their physical feelings to their emotions, how to self regulate using skills they’ll learn when feeling overwhelming emotions, it enhances fine and gross motor skills and improves their focus as well as teaching them relaxation techniques to go to sleep in a happy mindframe. All this sounds very serious but it’s done through play and allows them to feel connection with themselves, others and the world around them all while having fun 🤩 what more could you ask for?! 🙏🧘‍♀️❤️
