Hi, my name is Rebecca and I am a Graduate Sports Therapist.

I started my journey as a sports therapist at Hartpury University where I studied BSc (hons) Sports Therapy and MSc Strength & Conditioning.

Since graduating university, I have worked in semi professional sports, colleges, universities and private clinics as a Graduate Sports Therapist.

I specialise in Injury assessment, treatment and rehabilitation. My aim is to improve your lifestyle and reduce your pain so you can return to doing the things you love! 🏉 ⚽️ 🏃‍♀️

As well as helping with your pain and injuries, I also offer Sports Massage and Pregnancy Massage! 💆‍♀️

I’m Helen, the owner of The Well Life Lab. I’m a BANT registered nutritional therapist specialising in gut health issues including irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), food intolerances, coeliac disease, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), acid reflux, diverticulitis, and other gut-associated health problems which can lead to autoimmunity, hormone imbalances, and thyroid disorders.

I help people return to living without the frustrating and unpleasant symptoms that can be attributed to an imbalanced gut microbiome and/or diminished gut barrier function.

I use a functional medicine approach with optional functional testing to help get to the root cause of your health issues and help you get results more quickly and effectively.
