Ready to become a sun protection pro? 🤓 Saving your skin from UV damage is easier than you think.

Here are our non-negotiable tips for glowing safely:

1. SPF 30+ is the Magic Number ✨: Choose a "broad-spectrum" sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30. Apply it generously 20 minutes before you go outside.

2. Reapply, Reapply, Reapply 🧴🧴🧴: Sunscreen isn't a one-and-done! Reapply it at least every 2 hours, and more frequently if you're swimming or sweating.

3. Accessorise for Success 👒🕶️: A wide-brimmed hat and UV-protective sunglasses are not just fashion statements; they're your first line of defence for your face and delicate eye area.

4. Seek the Shade 🌴: Especially between 11 am and 3 pm when the sun's rays are at their strongest.
