exactly - this dance teacher is doing far more than encouraging grace and technique. He is setting up vital movement patterns and muscle memory that can help reduce falls half a century down the line (in a playful and memorable way). Somehow we managed to turn rain and wind into sunshine at our Sunflower Pilates Challenge 😀 Some weren't able to make it due to the weather, but together everyone raised £270 for the DCH critical care and emergency unit. Super lovely to see familiar and new faces - and blasts from the past as well! You are all absolutely amazing. Thank you Hazel Hoskin for such a warm welcome, as always - see you all next time! 🌻💛🌻
