Sometimes breastfeeding in NICU and SCBU looks a little different. When babies are born early or unwell they may need extra support with their feeding.
Babies can receive breastmilk in many ways, with every drop being so valuable ๐Ÿ‘ถ

- tube feeding
- syringe feeds
- finger feeding
- dummy dips
- mouth cares
- breastfeeding
- cup feeding
- hand expressing
- pumping
- bottle feeding EBM
- using donor milk
- combination feeding

Whatever your feeding journey looks like, we aim to support you to achieve your goals in an informed and judgment free way ๐Ÿ’œ

"I am passionate about empowering parents to make safe and informed choices around how they feed their babies and for this to be a positive experience for all of them. I truly believe that very bit of breastmilk a baby receives is amazing and my favourite part of my role is seeing parents develop confidence in all aspects of caring for their baby."
