Hi I’m Corinne Lukomski, I'm a trained hypnotherapist specialised in hypnobirthing. I discovered hypnobirthing 18 years ago when I was pregnant with my first daughter. My husband and I attended a week-end course in London. At the end, all our fears had disappeared and we both felt confident, calm and empowered. I couldn't wait for my labour to start to put into practice all the tools that I had learnt.

My daughter was born 3 weeks later in two hours in a birthing pool at our local birth centre. I went on to have 3 more children who were all born at home and for all of them I practiced hypnobirthing.

Being informed helped me to feel calm, empowered and in control. This is what made all the difference in my births experience.

Hypnobirthing prepares you for all scenarios of birth. It doesn't guarantee the perfect birth but it always makes a difference.

The breathing exercises, relaxations and positive visualisations will prepare your body and your mind to give birth confidently and peacefully...but that is only part of the story, KGH is a complete antenatal education which will provide you with all the informations that you need about childbirth.

It will help you feel confident to make the birth choices that are right for you.

KG Hypnobirthing benefits babies, mums, and their birth partners Mums who prepare for their birth with me consistently report feeling calm, in control and confident during labour. This enables them to work more easily with their body. They need less pain relief, experience less tearing and have a faster recovery after birth. Babies have a better chance of a gentle birth. As a result, they are more alert and calmer and start breastfeeding more easily. Birth partners build a real understanding of the physiological process of birth. They feel confident, knowledgeable, and really able to offer support to mums during labour. KG Hypnobirthing is accredited by the Royal College of Midwives

The Cedar Tree, Anchor Gateway, Sailsbury Street, DT11 7AR Blandford Forum. (Wednesday evenings 6.30pm to 9.30pm)

fees:

Group classes: £200 /couple ( include audio, book, parent folder and refreshments) The course is 12 hours over 4 sessions.

Individual courses: £300/ couple ( include audio, book and parent folder) The course is 12 hours over 2 or 4 sessions and will be arranged mutually.
