If you were thinking of attending our Me Time retreat sessions this month but you couldn’t make the dates work then these March dates might work better for you.

Unfortunately we had to postpone our January dates but check out our new dates in March.

These sessions are a mix of finding out more about ADHD, the cravings of our brain and how to balance the dopamine and serotonin levels by changing what we eat and when!

It’s also a perfect opportunity to learn the powers of raw cacao on the mind and body by experiencing a cacao ceremony first hand. You will be learning how meditation, journaling and affirmations can be used to improve your overall well-being.

So if you fancy some me time without having to leave the house this is a perfect opportunity!

It doesn’t matter whether you are diagnosed or not with ADHD, peri menopausal symptoms which can be similar or you need to destress and fancy finding out more.

Check out our Eventbrite links in our Instagram bio to book your place and find out more info.

Writing and therapy .. do you enjoy writing ?

I've been discovering the use of Haiku in writing for therapy/well being. A Haiku is a short form of poetry originally from Japan. It's sometimes useful to have some 'rules' to follow to help focus the mind and take away the guess work of writing, and it encourages you to think of different phrases and words to fit the format.

A Haiku traditionally has 3 lines, 5 syllables in the first line, 7 syllables in the second line, and 5 in the third line. Grammar is not my strong point, so I think I have the right syllables!

Give it a go, write about anything at all - the weather, how you feel today, your dreams... and don't worry too much about the syllables.
