We are learning more and more about the importance of looking after our mental health and physical well-being, not only within organisations but in all aspects of our lives. Therefore, this year instead of sending Christmas cards, we are delighted to donate to a local charity - Family Counselling Trust.
They provide tailored counselling, therapies or support for families with a child or young person experiencing mental health issues in our local area. They are deeply committed to not only helping the child or young person, but the whole family through the challenges they face.
