I know December seems quite a way off but I hear people making plans around the holiday period. I would love to invite you to this wonderful event I will be holding Dorchester Yoga and Therapy Centre
A blissful yoga session followed by a wonderful Sound Bath with
Yoga with Owen If you haven't been to a session with Owen I would highly recommend. Owen will be offering 45 minutes of sound as you are able to just relax and listen. The perfect way to move into the Christmas period.

Through mindful āsana, breathwork, and quiet reflection, we explore how the pieces of practice begin to harmonise — grounding the physical body, steadying the breath, calming the mind, and opening the heart.

Have you had a baby recently?
One of the effects of Pregnancy can be Diastasis Recti which presents in the majority of women post birth but it can either heal itself but with education, breathwork and the correct movement patterns will empower you to recover well.

Diastasis recti is a condition where the re**us abdominis muscles—the "six-pack" muscles—separate along the midline of the abdomen. This separation occurs at the linea alba, the connective tissue that runs down the centre of the abdomen.
