The Friends of DCH would like to thank all of you who supported us on an our cake /craft sale on Thursday 10th April.
This was held at both the main hospital and South Walks House. The staff at South Walks kindly provided all the cakes there and the Friends Volunteers provided the cakes at the main hospital . All proceeds will go towards our fundraising for the new Emergency/ ICU Unit currently being built . We raised a total of £660 on the day.

A BIG THANK YOU

Morning all
What a brilliant night we had at the Greyhound pub Quiz . The pub raised an amazing £1,425 for the Friends of DCH on the night.
Thank you to Karen for arranging it and thank you to Emma & Andy the pub landlords and their staff for a great evening and lovely food.
Lastly thank you to all who came and supported us every penny counts and goes back to the hospital for the benefit of the patients 🙂

Encore Singers - A summer Concert - Friends of DCH Fundraising Event

We would like to thank the Encore Singers for a fantastic event on Saturday Night. Even though we were competing with England playing in the euros the event was well supported. Thank you all for attending and supporting the choir and the Friends of DCH . Also thank you to all our volunteers that came to join in and help.
Altogether on the night we raised through retiring donations (including gift aid) and refreshments a fantastic sum of £828.12p. These funds will go towards the £25,000 that the Friends are raising to fit out two rooms for relatives to stay with their loved ones in the new ICU unit which is about to be built .
