Volunteers needed

The Friends of DCH are looking for trolley volunteers.
If you are sociable and enjoy meeting people, consider joining our amazing team.
We work in pairs and take a variety of snacks and drinks onto the wards for patients and staff.We are always warmly welcomed as everybody is pleased to see us.

The Friends of DCH would like to thank all of you who supported us on an our cake /craft sale on Thursday 10th April.
This was held at both the main hospital and South Walks House. The staff at South Walks kindly provided all the cakes there and the Friends Volunteers provided the cakes at the main hospital . All proceeds will go towards our fundraising for the new Emergency/ ICU Unit currently being built . We raised a total of £660 on the day.

A BIG THANK YOU

Morning all
What a brilliant night we had at the Greyhound pub Quiz . The pub raised an amazing £1,425 for the Friends of DCH on the night.
Thank you to Karen for arranging it and thank you to Emma & Andy the pub landlords and their staff for a great evening and lovely food.
Lastly thank you to all who came and supported us every penny counts and goes back to the hospital for the benefit of the patients 🙂
