Psychological Therapy in Practice I have mostly been delivering therapy remotely during the pandemic in order to keep patients and clients safe, as well as myself.

I can deliver therapy via the following mediums: telephone, WhatsApp, FaceTime, Skype video, and Zoom. However, I can offer some face to face appointments on Thursdays in Dorchester at my therapy room based at Aquae Sulis Therapy Centre (providing masks are worn). Video consultation is an excellent method where we can still see each other’s faces and facial expressions as in a real life encounter, but stay safe and relaxed. Whereas with masks, a majority of the face can be hidden, and this lack of non-verbal expression can sometimes hinder a good therapeutic interaction, but therapy can still be delivered effectively.
