Sams’s Fitness

Sam’s fitness started over 10years ago - with my love of Pilates and Body combat. I was encouraged to teach both these amazing programs and from there my love of teaching just grew and grew . Im a Personal Trainer, I teach HIIT / PIYO/ PUMP/ CIRCUITS / PILATES amongst others. I can’t explain how happy my job makes, me I spend my days training incredible clients ! Who have become friends and some almost family - we are a fitness Family some of us have trained together for years and years others are new to our family but have been welcomed like old friends .

I have been studying Nutrition on and off throughout my 10 years and have recently taken this training further , I now teach and run programmes in Nutrition for Sports and Exercise /Pre and Postnatal Nutrition / Nutrition for Weight managment / Childhood Nutrition and Child Obesity prevention
