I’ve just completed a half marathon today alongside my amazing sister-in-law Heidi 💕🥰

We ran for TYFO in loving memory of Tyler Abdul, my friend’s beautiful son, who tragically lost his life to su***de at just 15 years old.

The TYFO Foundation is doing incredible work to raise awareness and support the prevention of teenage su***de, helping other young people and families who are struggling.

In midlife, it’s easy to put yourself at the bottom of the list careers, kids, partners, parents… everyone else comes first. But strength training isn’t just about building muscle. It’s about rebuilding you.

My Unilateral Strength class is full of women who decided that showing up for themselves matters. Women who want to feel stronger in their bodies, more confident in their skin, and supported by a peer group who gets it the hormonal shifts, the energy dips, the busy lives, the “where do I even start?” moments.

Training unilaterally (one side at a time) helps us:

Sams’s Fitness

Sam’s fitness started over 10years ago - with my love of Pilates and Body combat. I was encouraged to teach both these amazing programs and from there my love of teaching just grew and grew . Im a Personal Trainer, I teach HIIT / PIYO/ PUMP/ CIRCUITS / PILATES amongst others. I can’t explain how happy my job makes, me I spend my days training incredible clients ! Who have become friends and some almost family - we are a fitness Family some of us have trained together for years and years others are new to our family but have been welcomed like old friends .

I have been studying Nutrition on and off throughout my 10 years and have recently taken this training further , I now teach and run programmes in Nutrition for Sports and Exercise /Pre and Postnatal Nutrition / Nutrition for Weight managment / Childhood Nutrition and Child Obesity prevention
