Happy International Women’s Day 🤍 Today we’re highlighting Helen, Co-Director and Co-Founder of SHP.

Alongside Massimo, she helped grow SHP from a small physiotherapy clinic into the wellbeing space it is today. Her passion for movement, rehabilitation and community has played a huge part in shaping who we are.

If you’re sitting for most of the day, you might notice that sluggish, stiff feeling by mid-afternoon. The good news is you don’t need a full workout setup, all you need is your chair.

Simple movement breaks like these can help reduce the build-up of stiffness that comes from staying in one position for too long.
