The Well Woman Yoga Circle with Ami Patel is a three-hour workshop created to support women through every stage of womanhood. 💛

This afternoon is shaped by yoga and Ayurveda, but really it’s about slowing things down and paying attention to your body. There’s no fixing or forcing, in fact it is just a space to reconnect.

It’s a few hours away from the rush of everything else, held in a nurturing space. No experience needed of course... just come as you are.
