Niki Ridgley Counselling I am a counsellor working with adults and young people, based in Dorking. Contact me for an initial appointment to discuss how I can help.

My experience includes working with depression, anxiety, domestic abuse, addiction, trauma and relationship issues. My page is about mental health issues and sharing links, information, thoughts and tips which may help if you are experiencing problems yourself, or if you are supporting someone who is. I also hope to show how counselling can help with a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, relationships, young peoples issues, work stress, anger, bereavement and loss or grieving.
