If you struggle to sleep, and are looking to find better bedtime routines and better quality sleep - then this is for you! 🌙✨
As someone who always struggled with sleep, I was constantly looking for ways to help myself settle with healthier sleeping habits and routines. The practices of Yoga and Yoga Nidrā have been life-changing for me in many ways, particularly when it has come to helping with my sleep. This offering has been lovingly created, as a way of sharing what I have learned in my journey to more restful bedtime routines and truly nourishing sleep.
Join me for six weeks of breathwork, restorative Yoga practices and guided sleep meditations to help you settle into a truly restful sleep. Giving you the tools to cultivate your own nourishing bedtime routines & rituals.
Each week we will focus on a different theme, exploring ways we can create more positive evening routines to help us not only fall asleep with ease, but to also support us in sleeping through the night. We will be sharing WHY these things work as well as what to do - underpinning with the science of sleep 😴 & supporting you to find what works for you too 🤲🏻

Recordings available for those who cannot join us live - and will be available for a month after the course end.
(PS - You can even practice in bed so you drift off without needing to get up again!)
