Having worked as a Health and Wellbeing Coach and seeing so many people, including myself struggle with reaching their wellbeing goals, I realised it was limiting beliefs that held us back! So now I know I have found the missing link! With Belief Coding and Self-Nurture Coaching I can truly help people transform their lives and achieve a more harmonious state of living 💖

Belief Coding transmutes negative, unhelpful beliefs into powerful, life-enhancing beliefs and with Self-Nurture Coaching I will support you to start your journey to nurturing your mind, body and soul 💜💚❤️

I have invested endless amounts of time and money on numerous training courses which I may list at some point. But my latest and really exciting investment in myself is a Coaching programme "Rise up to Greatness" set up by my amazing coach and mentor Delany Delaney.
