Recovering from an ankle sprain? Don’t skip this.
Exercise 1 in our 4-part series on ankle sprain recovery. We’re starting with a simple but effective exercise: rolling a prickle ball under your foot.
✨ Why it helps
This simple exercise helps release tension, improves circulation, and gently activates the muscles in your foot, making it the perfect starting point for recovery.
👉 How to do it
- Place a prickle ball under your foot.
- Roll the ball slowly from heel to toes, applying gentle pressure.
- Spend 1-2 minutes on each foot, focusing on tight or sore spots.
Take your time and listen to your body—it’s all about slow progress.
Keep an eye out for Part 2 next week, where we’ll share the next step in building strength and mobility.
