Meet Michelle 👋
Our Pilates instructor with a strong foundation in functional fitness and movement. Michelle began her Pilates journey in 2013, qualifying in Stott Pilates Matwork before adding Reformer Pilates certification in 2021.

A dedicated runner with multiple half marathons and frequent top 3 finishes, Michelle credits Pilates for helping her stay strong, balanced and injury-free.

You can join Michelle for Reformer Pilates every Wednesday at 10am.

Meet Jess 👋
Pilates Matwork instructor with 4 years’ experience and gained her Pilates Reformer with Body Control Pilates in 2025.

With a background in professional theatre and West End performance, Pilates became Jess’s go-to for strength, balance and wellbeing while performing 8 shows a week.

Today, she brings that same passion into every class, creating uplifting Pilates sessions that support both body and mind. 💫
