I specialise in sports massage, Swedish massage therapy, Senior massage, Indian head massage, dry needling and corporate on-site massage. I work primarily in the Christchurch, New Milton areas and travel to you creating a relaxing spa environment in your home. You will find the whole experience totally hassle free allowing you to fully benefit from the treatment. All you will need to do is move from the massage table to your sofa! Sports massage;-
£40 for 30 mins
£60 for 60 mins

(First apt may require an a 30 min assessment depending on your needs at a price of £15 - this can be discussed)

Swedish massage:
One hour treatment - £60
Half hour treatment - £40

Indian Head
40 mins seated - £45

Dry Needling only - 30 mins - £45

Dry needling incorporated into massage treatment - same price as massage. On-site corporate - contact me for a quote

Longer treatments can be negotiated. Event treatments or multiples can be booked at an hourly rate by arrangement.

I am now offering this wonderful treatment, sliding cupping therapy, that is both incredibly relaxing and healing.

Sliding cupping is a modern massage adaptation of traditional cupping, using soft, pliable silicone cups instead of rigid glass or plastic. For sliding cupping I apply some oil to the skin, then squeezes the cup to create a vacuum and places it on the body. Instead of leaving the cups stationary, they are glided along the skin's surface, often following the lines of muscles or meridians. This technique provides a deep tissue massage, promoting circulation, releasing myofascial restrictions, and reducing muscle tension and pain. The gentle suction and sliding motion make it a less intense but highly effective form of therapeutic bodywork.

New therapy! Cupping - sports massage style.

I am so excited to now be able to offer this wonderful treatment - based on traditional cupping, an ancient practice - adapted for modern times.

I offer static cupping and glide cupping. Static cupping with RockPods (from the RockTape stable) which offers a deep treatment and assists with muscle stretching, healing muscle dysfunction.

Glide cupping offers a totally relaxing, but extremely effective, massage. Not leaving any marks, it is ideal for those not keen on too much pressure, or just as an addition to traditional massage.

We all suffer from stress and anxiety and it can be overwhelming. But there is a simple thing we can do that is EASY and FREE, that helps.

We all do it and probably never realised why we do it. But thinking about it can help us reduce our stress and anxiety.

I am excited to provide this latest and totally safe treatment for skin and pain.

Red-light – for healing skin complaints, scarring, fine lines and wrinkles.

Blue Light – kills bacteria that causes acne, an advanced acne treatment.

Near infra-red and red-light combined for pain relief, inflammation and muscle healing.

Recommended treatment is 30 mins twice a week, £40 per treatment. It is safe for daily treatments (quicker results) – rental for 6 days is £150.
