Bryn is a highly qualified sports therapist and can give you the deepest pressure 💪

He is amazing at cupping and IASTM (that heater scraper is incredible!)

❤️ Bryn has been a sports therapist for a decade now

💫 He has completed the 3rd highest bungee jump and also an open water swim race in shark/crocodile infested waters!

💪 Bryn has completed several Ironmans and is tempted to try an ultramarathon next year!

🥦 He does not appreciate broccoli on his dinner plate.

🇲🇽 Originally from the Wirral, Bryn would like to visit Mexico and Japan one day!

Meet Gemma of - our resident acupuncturist on Saturdays

Gemma is a qualified acupuncturist through the British Academy of Western Medical Acupuncture and also works in Primary Care as a Physician Associate 🩺

Gemma will be available to answer all your acupuncture queries at our open evening next week (between 6pm and 8pm).

Acupuncture can help with a wide variety of conditions, including musculoskeletal, pain, osteoarthritis, migraines, fertility, hay-fever, and more!

Meet the newest team member at ✨️

Ruby Godfrey-Warner is a practising HCPC registered dietitian with experience in the dietary management of gastrointestinal
conditions including but not limited to pancreatic exocrine insufficiency, coeliac disease, inflammatory bowel disease, hepatobiliary disorders & irritable bowel syndrome.

She has 10 years of clinical experience in using the low FODMAP diet and providing a patient centred, holistic care.

Ruby can also provide nutritional assessment and dietetic intervention for many clinical conditions, including diabetes, cardiology, and respiratory conditions.
