Some of you may have noticed the changes already and noted that there hasn't been a big fanfare announcement, that's because there have been some teething problems (quite a few to be honest). These still need to be sorted but please look around and start using the booking system for your treatments. Let me know how you get on. Your feedback is helpful! The yoga classes will soon be bookable online, just not yet, all to do with payment systems and calendars!!

I am a professionally qualified and experienced practitioner of aromatherapy, massage, facials and yoga. I strive to work holistically and have chosen to use the traditional method of prescribing a bespoke blend of essential and carrier oils for use in my treatments and classes. I offer offer bespoke aromatherapy, massage, facials and yoga from my clinic in Ballasalla, Isle of Man.
I qualified in Holistic Aromatherapy & Essential Oil Science in 2008 and have continued with my professional training since, specialising in Bodywork, Pregnancy, Post Natal Care and Yoga.
Aroma Yoga
I have been practising yoga for 18 years (mostly Vinyasa Flow, Iyengar, Hatha) and completed my teacher training in Hatha & Ashtanga with Yoga Sadhna India and my Pregnancy Yoga teacher training with Yoga Mama, Putney. I also teach kids yoga having trained with Young Yogis Academy in Sussex.
I run seasonal AromaYoga workshops to combine both my passions and primarily teach private yoga classes and small groups in order to personalise my teaching to my clients. This attention to detail encourages healing and mindfulness as well as flexibility and strength.

Pregnancy Yoga
Having had two pregnancies close together I fully understand the physical and mental pressure pregnancy puts on a mother. I have two lovely children to show for it for which I am eternally grateful l but I do remember the aches and pains and worry I felt at different stages. Yoga helped me enormously and I also used aromatherapy throughout my pregnancies, choosing from a wide range of essential oils when needed.
