Thought it was time I introduced myself 👀
Hi, I’m Kasey — a certified movement practitioner with over 10 years of international experience helping people move better, feel stronger, and reconnect with their bodies.
A little about my journey:
💫 I come from a dance background and have personally navigated scoliosis.
💫 Pilates became my way to support both performance and postural health. Over time, it evolved into the foundation of how I move, teach, and help others.
How I teach:
💫 I use Pilates as a scaffold to support all kinds of movement — strength training, running, cycling, golf, and everyday life.
💫 My sessions follow a whole‑body block system blending: 🌀Breath, Mobility, Stretch and Strength.
💫 My goal is to help you build stability, improve function, and feel more at home in your body.
What I believe in:
💫 Movement should feel accessible, sustainable, and empowering.
💫 It shouldn’t add pressure — it should support your life.
