👀 Check This Out!!! 👀 Look at the difference before & after treatment on this boy! 💪 He has been working really hard lately for his young rider & his muscles felt super toned & supple except for some tightness in his latissimus dorsi & oblique muscles, which had led to the horse inverting his back muscles 😖 This made it look like he had a “dip” from wasted muscles (atrophy)…however you can see as soon as the fascia & muscle tension was released via core lifts & hands-on massage the horse was able to relax and his muscles return immediately to a relaxed state! 🧘‍♂️ How amazing! 🤩

ℂ𝕒𝕤𝕖 𝕊𝕥𝕦𝕕𝕪 𝕌𝕡𝕕𝕒𝕥𝕖 📋 I posted last year about a mare with a historic injury that had caused skeletal imbalance in her pelvic & hip structures 🦴 She has continued her specialist farriery with Jon Tyldesley Farrier and her physio with myself, but has also started her ridden rehab & schooling with Simply HS in 2025 too! 🏇
Today her schooling was reported as not feeling uneven or one-sided 🥳 and then her appointment with me today followed suit - level pelvic & hip markers 🥳 with more balanced muscle tone too 💪 Yes, she is still adapting to the work, her new balance from the feet up & how her muscles have compensated over the years and she still has further improvements to make BUT today was a real stand-out for this mare! 🥳 This case really shows how dedication from an owner, a good team working together and time can truly make a difference 💗

I’m officially OUT OF OFFICE 👋 Honeymoon / family trip to Disney begins! 🥳

After multiple illnesses and no holidays for over 2 years, I’m hoping some sunshine ☀️ will do us good! Apologies to clients that I haven’t been able to get to the past few weeks, hopefully I will return fully recharged on 14th November ❤️‍🩹

Part of treating horses is building a trust with them & I pride myself on the care I give to every client 💗 The feeling is definitely mutual with Ciara & she shares her massage every time! 🫶 Am I allowed to have favourites? 👀😅

Today was hopefully Cosmo’s last vet check-up following the huge infection in his head in July 🤞🥳 Back to his happy bouncy self, as seen by a few clients since his return to work! 😅 The swelling has gone from his mouth, the hair is slowly growing back on his head & just part of 1 scar to finish healing ❤️‍🩹 💙 Thank you again to everyone’s who’s supported Cosmo through all of this! 🙏
